Destiny has been working for 2 years as a Marketing Manager in her current organization. In this role, she manages projects but does not directly manage a team. She works with internal and external clients and everyone has wonderful things to say about her work ethic, her results and the way she works with others. The organization is a medium sized company where they invest in their talent but are not large enough to have a formal High Potential program; however, she has been chosen as a “High-Po” during the last Talent Review. She is being groomed to take on a leadership position in the next 2-3 years
