High-Potential / Growth
Destiny has been working for 2 years as a Marketing Manager in her current organization. In this role, she manages projects but does not directly manage a team. She works with internal and external clients and everyone has wonderful things to say about her work ethic, her results and the way she works with others. The organization is a medium sized company where they invest in their talent but are not large enough to have a formal High Potential program; however, she has been chosen as a “High-Po” during the last Talent Review. She is being groomed to take on a leadership position in the next 2-3 years
DESTINY’S MOTIVATION
Destiny is killing it in her current role and is excited that she has been chosen as a High-Potential. She wants to continue to grow and learn so that she can move into more strategic roles at her organization, which may include managing others. She knows that her company is investing in her and wants to be able to prove them right
