the “counselors”
(gallup certified coaches)
Pam Seplow
Pam has been involved with Strengths for over 20 years and officially earned her Gallup Coach Certification in 2019. Since then she has coached 100+ people in helping them to unpack their potential.
In addition to her work as a Gallup Coach and co-leading Camp Strengths she is a recognized thought leader, skilled facilitator, and speaker with a successful career as a Human Resources executive.
In her consulting business, Pam collaborates with clients of all sizes, in a multitude of industries to create impactful employee experiences focused on helping organizations to codify the promises it is making to their employees and ensuring that they have the right leadership, programs, processes and initiatives in place to deliver on those promises.
Perhaps not surprising given her strengths, Pam is enthusiastic about relationships and helping people to find the connection with the work they do and the company they are a part of. She has a strong desire to identify the threads that link these things together in order to create an amazing employee experience for every employee.
While Pam did not attend a traditional overnight summer camp, she spent her summers on Cape Cod which is her favorite place on earth.

Heather Kay
Heather has been a strengths advocate for more than 10 years and received her Gallup Coach certification in 2014.
She has worked as an HR leader in many industries such as IT, healthcare, education and security. Heather graduated from Lehigh University with a BA in Government and Religious Studies (yes, it makes no sense!), has her M.Ed. from the University of South Carolina and a certificate in Training & Organizational Dynamics from Temple University. Yet, she is a huge Badger fan (University of Wisconsin) as her husband graduated from there, her daughter is a member of the class of ’24 and her son will be a member of the class of ’28.
But her best memories are spending the summers at Camp Che-Na-Wah, (where Ruth Bader Ginsburg went!) in the Adirondack Mountains of NY. She was a camper from 1982-1988 (Color War Captain!) and a boating counselor for the next 5 years. She met her husband there and both of her kids are still attending as counselors.
